چکیده
This research project aimed to provide an environmentally friendly method for the decolorization and biosorption of synthetic dye by utilizing fungi as biosorbents. The study was carried out first growing in solid medium then using biosorbent absorb aqueous solution. In stage, screening experiments were among 5 different types fungi, Pleurotus ostreatus determined have highest growth rate. recultivated with Remazol Brilliant Blue R determine its removal ability. sp. exhibited vigorous agar within 2 days. By carrying batch analysis, 4 parameters examined, which effect pH, surfactant concentration (Tween 80), salinity dosage biosorbent. results showed that maximum decolourization can be achieved through establishing acidic condition pH 2, addition 0.1mL Tween 80, 0mg/l sodium chloride concentration, 8 plugs. Lastly, experimental data found fit Jovanovic Isotherm most. conclusion, is capable decolourizing adsorbing particles

Biosorption of styrene from synthetic wastewater by sugar cane waste(Bagass)
In this work, styrene removal from wastewater by using sugarcane waste (bagasse) as an adsorbent was studied. Equilibrium isotherms and kinetics were determined; the effects of bagasse particle size and concentration, solutions pH, and temperature on the biosorption of styrene were studied in batch experiments. Adsorption equilibrium data was successfully fitted to Langmuir isotherms (R2=0.986)...
متن کاملSynthetic dye decolourization by white rot fungi.
Synthetic dyes are integral part of many industrial products. The effluents generated from textile dyeing units create major environmental problems and issues both in public and textile units. Industrial wastewater treatment is one of the major problems in the present scenario. Though, the physical and chemical methods offer some solutions to the problems, it is not affordable by the unit opera...

Background & Aims of the Study: One of the most important environmental pollutants in the alcohol industry is sugar beet molasses. The wastewater of these industries causes the pollution of soil, surface water, and underground water. Iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles have attracted much consideration due to their unique properties, such as superparamagnetism, surface-to-volume ratio, greater su...

Biosorption of Acid Yellow (AY 17) and Acid Blue (AB 25) were investigated using a biomass obtained from brewery industrial waste spent brewery grains (SBG). A 2 full factorial response surface central composite design with seven replicates at the centre point and thus a total of 31 experiments were employed for experimental design and analysis of the results. The combined effect of time, pH, a...
متن کاملSynthetic dye decolorization by three sources of fungal laccase
Decolorization of six synthetic dyes using three sources of fungal laccase with the origin of Aspergillus oryzae, Trametes versicolor, and Paraconiothyrium variabile was investigated. Among them, the enzyme from P. variabile was the most efficient which decolorized bromophenol blue (100%), commassie brilliant blue (91%), panseu-S (56%), Rimazol brilliant blue R (RBBR; 47%), Congo red (18.5%), a...
